Looking for healthy food, nutrition education or breastfeeding tips and support in Cross Plains? Applying for WIC is easy! 1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.
   At the end of your visit, you will get a food package specially designed to meet your family's nutritional needs and a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store.

Breastfeeding is an amazing thing a mother can do for her baby's health, and it's not always easy. That's where your local WIC office at 108 N Beech St in Cross Plains comes in. Our classes are designed to fit your busy schedule, with on-demand classes that can be taken whenever it's convenient for you, as well as live classes where you can connect with other parents in your community or ask questions for our nutrition and breastfeeding experts.
