1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.
   At your visit, WIC staff will give you a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store with a food package to meet your family's nutritional needs.
