Open Monday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. Open the 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday of the month from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Open the 3rd Thursday of the month from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. Office is closed the Friday after the 3rd Thursday.

1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.
   At the end of your visit, you will get a food package specially designed to meet your family's nutritional needs and a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store.

Our classes cover many topics, from healthy eating through pregnancy, breastfeeding tips, picky eating during the toddler years and more!

Our "click and learn" classes are available anytime, and our live classes give you the opportunity to interact with our nutrition and breastfeeding experts and connect with other parents in your community. And because we know everyone's schedule is different, we offer classes at various times throughout the week.
