Looking for healthy food, nutrition education or breastfeeding tips and support in Lumberton? Applying for WIC is easy! 2. Weigh, measure, and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.
   At the end of your visit, you'll receive a Texas WIC card to use at the store with a food package specially designed to meet your needs.
