Open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch. Open Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. Office will open late on the 1st Thursday of the month.

2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.

   At your visit, WIC staff will give you a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store with a food package to meet your family's nutritional needs.

Our classes cover many topics, from healthy snacks and picky eating to breastfeeding tips and more! Classes are designed to provide you with knowledge and support when feeding your little ones.

Whether you prefer to learn on your own or with the help of our nutrition and breastfeeding experts, we have options to fit your schedule and learning style. Our on-demand classes are available anytime, while our live classes provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other parents in your community.
