Open Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Open Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Open Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch Monday through Thursday. Open Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Open 3rd Saturday of the month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Office is closed the Friday before the 3rd Saturday of the month.

   At the end of your visit, you will get a food package specially designed to meet your family's nutritional needs and a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store.

Our classes cover many topics, from healthy eating through pregnancy, breastfeeding tips, picky eating during the toddler years and more!

Our "click and learn" classes are available anytime, and our live classes give you the opportunity to interact with our nutrition and breastfeeding experts and connect with other parents in your community. And because we know everyone's schedule is different, we offer classes at various times throughout the week.
